Bookings
Reservations are processed through our booking provider, Guesty, or partner platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com. Cancellation policies are set per listing and shown at checkout.
House rules
No smoking inside any home or garage. No parties or large gatherings. Maximum occupancy is enforced, so please book the home that fits your group. Parking is by garage and driveway; at the St. Augustine cottages, street parking is limited to two hours.
Damage and liability
Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay. Bluemel Vacation Properties is not liable for personal property left in a home or for events outside of our control.
